I'm Jo Stavraki — Ioanna to some, Jo Wellbeing to others — a wellbeing specialist and neuropsychologist with an MSc in Applied Neuropsychology and over a decade of experience working with individuals and organisations across the UK, Cyprus, and internationally.
I don't do generic wellness. I work with the science of how your brain and nervous system actually function under pressure, and I use that science to help you make real, lasting change.
Whether you're an individual running on empty or a business watching its best people burn out quietly, I can help. And it starts with a conversation.
Book Your Free CallThe Science Bit
The pressure, the exhaustion, the sense that something needs to change. It is real, it is measurable, and it is far more common than most people admit.
The first call is completely free. No commitment, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to be.
Book Your Free CallHow I Can Help
For when you are functioning on the outside but struggling on the inside. Burnout, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, lack of clarity, low confidence, or simply the feeling that life should feel better than this. I will help you understand what is actually happening and build something that lasts.
For organisations that understand that a burnt-out team is an expensive team. I work with businesses to build wellbeing into the culture itself, not as an HR afterthought, but as a genuine performance strategy that your people will actually feel.

Why I Do This Work
Because I have seen what happens when people keep going without support.
The brain under chronic stress is not just "a bit tired." It is genuinely impaired. Your memory, your decisions, your emotional regulation, and your ability to connect with the people you love. All of it becomes affected. And yet most of us carry on regardless, because asking for help feels like admitting defeat.
I am here to say it is the opposite of defeat. My work is about helping you feel steady again. Using practical, evidence-led tools that create change that actually lasts.
Good Questions
Wondering whether this is the thing that might actually help? You probably have questions. Here are the ones I get most often. If yours is not here, bring it to the call.
